【摘要】中、朝史书对高句丽五部的名称记载不同，但可以发现两种史料间的对应关系。高句丽五部以夫余人为主，融合了秽貊及部分汉族。各部的部长都不止一人，且地位不是平等的。在高句丽建国之初，五部的部长拥有行政、军事、司法等方面的权力，既是领主，也是中央官。随着对外扩张中高句丽国家机构的完善，五部的部长渐演变为地方官，形成五耨萨制，各方面权力受到制约。五部也不再强调部族的意义，而是成为行政区划概念。

A Study of the Five Bus of GaoGouli

Abstract:There lies different between the Chinese and Korean history book on the name of the Five Bus of GaoGouli.But we can discover the one to one relationship between there two historical materials.Fuyu people which integrate with Huimo and some Hans are the main part of the Five Bus of GaoGouli.The heads of these Five Bus are more than one person whose status are unequal.At the early period of the founding of GaoGouli,the ministers who are both laird and officials of the central government had powers such as administration,military,judiciary.With the improvement of the state institutions of GaoGouli in the course of external expansion,the heads evolved into the local officials.The Five Rusas was formed,the powers were also restrained.Five Bus become a concept of administrational divisions instead of laying emphasis on the significance of tribes.
