摘要
汉字作为我国人类历史的“国粹”，已有十分悠久的历史，随着近百年来中国社会发生的剧烈变化，人们对汉字也进行了激烈的争论，有人主张废除汉字，走拼音化的道路；但也有人主张不能废除汉字。其实汉字代表的不仅仅是一个民族的语言，它更代表了一个国家的文化，废除汉字就等于中断了中华民族的传统文化。所以，汉字是坚守住自己的阵地，还是披上一层华丽的外衣，走上拼音化的道路呢？本文将从汉字本身的特点和汉字与拼音的比较，针对汉字的优越性，汉字对汉文化[注: 概括 汉风流韵 汉族在古代创造了辉煌灿烂的文化艺术，具有鲜明的特色。汉族有五千多年有实物可考的历史，四千多年文字可考的历史，文化典籍极其丰富。]的影响[注: 影响（之一）yǐngxiǎng【work in concert with;support by coordinated action】∶呼应;策应内外影响,同恶相成。]，以及反对汉字拼音化的理由来进行分析和论述汉字到底适不适合朝拼音发展。
