摘 要： 在我国历史悠久绵长、内容广博深邃的中华传统文化中，自黄帝倡导“节用水火材物”始，始终蕴含有“天人和谐”的思想，且对我们中华民族与国家的存续发展发挥了积极作用。但经历了五千年的风雨沧桑，由于历史上一些统治集团举措失当，导致生态环境出现了多方面的问题，已严重影响到我国经济社会顺利健康的发展。当前举国上下同心协力建设生态文明，这既是促进我国国民经济又好又快发展与全面建设小康社会的重要指导原则之一，也是弘扬中华文化与建设中华民族共有精神家园的前提条件和重要内容。要推进生态文明建设，首先要吸取我国传统文化中“天人和谐”论的主要思想内涵，开展深入的学术研究与广泛的宣传普及教育；其次政府要进行科学决策，发挥市场经济体制的积极作用，树立全民俭朴节约的生态伦理观与生活习俗观。

Abstract: Since Emperor of Huang's advocate of “economizing water, firewood and substance material”, Chinese traditional culture always embodied the view of “harmony between heaven and man”, which played an active part in the sustenance and development of the Chinese nation and country. At present, the whole nation is making joint efforts to construct ecological civilization. This means not only one of important guiding principles to rapidly and efficiently develop our national economy and wholesomely build a betteroff society but also a prerequisite and significant action to carry forward Chinese culture and construct a common spiritual home for the Chinese nation. In order to promote construction of ecological civilization, to begin with, we should absorb the significant implications of the view of “harmony between heaven and man” in our traditional culture. Then, the government should scientifically make decisions, give a full display to the active function of market and establish an ecological view of ethics and living conventions.
