【内容提要】伴随着经济与社会的巨变，战国秦汉时期的农官制度也发生了相应的变化，呈现出显著的时代特征：在官吏择任上，传统的世卿世禄制渐次被官僚制度取代；在体制方面，国家重农体制确立并逐步完善；在体系构建上，则形成了卓有成效的农业管理体系。农官制度的发展与完善，既是秦汉时期农业经济发展的产物，同时又与秦汉农业经济的繁荣密切相关。

【英文摘要】As economy and society changed greatly,the agricultural official system also experienced profound changes accordingly during the Qin-Han times,and showed a remarkable feature of the times.In selecting officials,the traditional hereditary system was abolished,a new bureaucrat system took its place;in regard to agricultural system,a national system of valuing agriculture was set up and began to be perfected gradually.As to its structure,an effective agricultural management system was formed.The development and perfection of the agricultural official system was on the one hand resulted from the development in agriculture,and on the other hand,closely related to the prosperity of agricultural economy.
